About the founder

rICHARD fAGBOLAGUN

Over a decade leading operations and project delivery inside organisations that matter. From scaling a 30-person charity operations team and managing an 80+ staff TUPE transfer, to directing delivering research and technology projects for clients like Google, the NHS, and the BBC, I’ve done the work.

I set up Rich Experiments because too many mission driven organisations are making critical operational decisions without the time or bandwidth to make it happen.
